St Johns National Council Chairlady, Madam Jean Kekedo, signed the Memorandum of Agreement with Health Minister, Elias Kapavore recently allowing this to happen.
The agreement is to operate ambulance services for the next ten years.

St Johns says it aims to sign complementing agreements with a further three provinces each year.
