The PNG Cancer Foundation (PNGCF) signed a new partnership with Paradise Private Hospital (PPH) that will see PNG’s only Nationally owned private hospital support the foundation’s cancer awareness and education programs in Papua New Guinea specifically focused on men’s cancer and health awareness over the next three years. Present at Paradise Private Hospital yesterday for the 10 am signing were PNG Cancer Foundation Executive Manager Ms Priscillar Napoleon and Board Director Ms Telitah Benn who joined Paradise Private Hospital Chief Executive Officer Dr Robin Sios, OBE, Director of Finance Mrs Janet Sios, Chief Operations Officer Mr Dennis Sapak, and representatives Deputy Director Medical Services Dr Ericka Opu & Senior Gynecologist Dr Mahlon Paiva. Mr Sapak announced a donation commitment from the PPH toward PNGCF’s Mausgras Campaign which the foundation runs throughout November to focus its awareness efforts on raising men's cancer awareness. Ms Napoleon thanked PPH at the partnership signing occasion on behalf of the PNGCF board and highlighted the important role such partnerships will play in addressing the National Health Plan 2021-2030 Key Result Areas 1 and 2 of Healthier Communities through effective engagements.
