Dear Sir or Madam;

I'm from Milne bay province and I want to help one of my friend and send her to your school. She just finished her grade last year and haven't got any offer. Also she didn't upgraded some of her subjects but she has a strong determination in furthering her studies. For that reason she's interested to study in your aspiring institution. Is upgrading the subject the subjects before applying is requirement? Do advise me on that.
