HEALTH EXTENSION OFFICER

• Your recently updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) detailing skills and experience.
• Training documents including Bachelor of Health Sciences (Rural Health).
• Completion of Residency Program Training.
• Two professional references from supervising doctors.
• ​Valid Medical Registration / Authority to Practice from PNG Medical Board
