There was no maintenance done by&nbsp; the elected Members of parliaments (MPs) and Local Level Councils (LLGs) even though this services&nbsp; are serving the very members of the communities and their eligible voters.<br />The current functioning health facilities does not meet the NHSS 2011 standards requirements of&nbsp; each level of health facility. The District hospitals are level 4 health facilities however, in SHP they&nbsp; operate as a level 3 and 2 health facilities and the level 3 and level 2 health facilities does not even&nbsp; meet their required standards in terms of infrastructure and medical equipment&rsquo;s and staffing&nbsp;requirements.<br />There is a greater need for immediate rehabilitations and redevelopment.
